Great New Roof
I chose Northeast Home & Energy because when I checked their website, their reviews were top notch and I liked the fact that it was a family run business for over 40 years, having come from a similar background. Richard gave me a quote that was reasonable, and I had no idea that new roofs can now last 50 years, and that the warranty is transferable to the new owner should you sell the home. BONUS!! The roofers were professional, efficient, and very tidy. I highly recommend this company, as my experience was awesome!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Roof and Gutter Replacement
Northeast Home & Energy replaced our roof and gutters when we bought a new house and discovered some leaks. The team at Northeast Home & Energy was very professional, communicated the plan and schedule clearly, and made sure the job got done as we expected. When we reached out with questions, we got answers quickly and the team ensured we were happy with the install before calling the project completed. Full Roof Replacement
The team at Northeast Home & Energy recently completed a full roof replacement at my residence. I first met with Michael G. He was wonderful and attentive to provide me options for either a partial roof repair (roof was currently leaking) or replacement of the 23 year old roof. He walked me through roof colors and quality choices. As I decided how to proceed, they tarped the section of the roof that was leaking during heavy rain. The stars of my roof project were the men and women who completed the 2 day job working 12 hour days after it was discovered there were "many" sheets of new plywood that needed to be installed in addition to the shingles & rolled roof section. I highly recommend this company and will contact them for future home renovations. Thank you
Roof and Skylights
Northeast Home & Energy did a great job recently replacing my rotted 40+ year old roof and skylights. Last summer, I also had them replace an old patio sliding glass door and inatall a storm door. The team at Northeast, including John, Josh, Matt and others were easy to work with. Pricing was reasonable and explained well with great communication. The roofing crew managed to replace a roof, many sheets of rotted plywood, and the 4 skylights all within 1 day and did so thoroughly. Highly recommended to use Northeast for home projects like these.
Great Roof Replacement
Northeast H&E replaced the roof and siding on our house and detached garage. We had two layers of shingles on the roofs that had to be removed and a lot of rotten underlayment. We changed the cedar shingle siding to vinyl for lower maintenance. The crew worked quickly and the finished job looks fantastic. We would definitely recommend them to everyone.
