Richard started Northeast Home & Energy in 1980, when he was only 26 years old. His knowledge and passion for the industry is the driving force behind Northeast Home & Energy’s outstanding reputation, growth, and success. From daily project reviews to weekly progress meetings and site inspections, Richard engages in every project, ensuring that every homeowners’ expectations are met or succeeded. When he’s not hard at work, Richard enjoys spending time with his family and working on his golf game.
John Prunier
Title: Vice President
Hometown: Worcester, MA
John joined Northeast Home & Energy in 2012 after working in the finance industry with ambitions to help grow the family business and keep his father Richard’s legacy. His “new school” approach has been a great combination with to his father’s “old school” approach. John engages in every project, ensuring that all homeowners’ expectations are met or succeeded. When he’s not hard at work, John enjoys spending time with his family & friends and following his favorite Boston sports teams.

Hailey Houston
Title: Production Coordinator
Hometown: Jacksonville, FL
Hailey joined Northeast Home & Energy in 2018 and has had experience working in multiple different capacities in previous jobs. She has several responsibilities in the office, from coordinating current jobs and ordering materials for upcoming jobs, to hiring new recruits. Outside the office, Hailey enjoys spending time with her family and doing outdoor activities.
Taisha Rochelle
Title: Office Manager
Hometown: Boston MA
Taisha joined Northeast Home & Energy in 2021 as a trustworthy and dependable part of the team. She handles all bookkeeping, accounts receivable, and office supplies & operations. When she’s not in the office, Taisha loves to spend time with her kids, hiking, and traveling.
Christina McGann
Title: Customer Support Rep
Hometown: Upton, MA
Christina joined Northeast Home & Energy in 2023. She is the first person you will speak to when calling our office to book an estimate or for all general questions. Outside the office, Christina enjoys cooking, baking, watching the Bruins, and weekend camping trips.
Project Management
Buz
Title: Project Manager
Hometown: Middleboro, MA
Buz joined Northeast Home & Energy in 1989 and has over 40 years of roofing experience. He has extensive knowledge in all exterior remodeling and strives to ensure each homeowner receives the one-on-one personal experience that they deserve. When Buz is not out meeting with homeowners, he is spending time with his family and reminiscing on that unhittable curve-ball he used to throw back in the day.
Mike Luke
Title: Project Manager
Hometown: Milford, MA
Mike joined Northeast Home & Energy in 2017 and has been in the home improvement industry since 1998. He is a graduate of Bridgewater State University with a degree in Business. Mike is BPI Certified as a Building Analyst with the knowledge to assess a wide range of home improvement projects. He also has extensive knowledge of customer financing options to make any size project affordable.
Kyle Houston
Title: Project Manager / Repair Specialist
Hometown: Jacksonville, FL
Kyle joined Northeast Home & Energy in 2018 and has been in the roofing industry since 1998. He has extensive knowledge in all aspects of roofing. He also has a flagging license and several certifications including OSHA 10, OSHA 30, crane rigging, and crane signaling. He has done thousands of repairs and specializes in metal roofing. Outside of work, Kyle enjoys watching football and spending quality time with his family.

Demetrick Vecchio
Title: Marketing Director
Hometown: Worcester, MA
Demetrick joined Northeast Home & Energy in 2016 after spending 5+ years in financing and 10+ years of web design. His job duties include maintaining the company’s website, creating & implementing advertising strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction. When Demetrick is not in the office, he enjoys spending time with his kids and watching the Celtics & Patriots.
