His knowledge and passion for the industry is the driving force behind Northeast Home & Energy’s outstanding reputation, growth, and success. From daily project reviews to weekly progress meetings and site inspections, Richard engages in every project, ensuring that every homeowners’ expectations are met or succeeded. When he’s not hard at work, Richard enjoys spending time with his family and working on his golf game.
John Prunier
Title: Vice President
Hometown: Worcester, MA
John joined Northeast Home & Energy in 2012, bringing his finance industry experience to help expand the family business and honor his father Richard’s legacy. His modern approach perfectly complements his dad’s traditional style, creating a dynamic team. John is hands-on with every project, making sure homeowners are thrilled with the results. When he’s not busy with work, he loves hanging out with family and friends and cheering on his favorite Boston sports teams.

Hailey joined Northeast Home & Energy in 2018, bringing a wealth of experience from various roles in her past jobs. In the office, she juggles several key tasks, including coordinating current projects, ordering materials for future ones, and recruiting new team members. When she’s not at work, Hailey loves spending time with her family and enjoying outdoor adventures.
Taisha Rochelle
Title: Office Manager

Taisha joinedNortheast Home & Energy in 2021, bringing her reliability and trustworthiness to the team. She manages bookkeeping, accounts receivable, and keeps the office running smoothly with her oversight of supplies and operations. Outside the office, Taisha enjoys quality time with her kids, exploring hiking trails, and traveling to new destinations.
Christina McGann
Title: Customer Support Rep
Hometown: Upton, MA
Christina joined Northeast Home & Energy in 2023. She is the first person you will speak to when calling our office to book an estimate or for all general questions. Outside the office, Christina enjoys cooking, baking, watching the Bruins, and weekend camping trips.

Buz
Title: Project Manager
Hometown: Middleboro, MA
Buz joined Northeast Home & Energy in 1989 and has over 40 years of roofing experience. He has extensive knowledge in all exterior remodeling and strives to ensure each homeowner receives the one-on-one personal experience that they deserve. When Buz is not out meeting with homeowners, he is spending time with his family and reminiscing on that unhittable curve-ball he used to throw back in the day.
Mike Luke
Title: Project Manager
Hometown: Milford, MA
Mike joined Northeast Home & Energy in 2017 and has been in the home improvement industry since 1998. He is a graduate of Bridgewater State University with a degree in Business. Mike is BPI Certified as a Building Analyst with the knowledge to assess a wide range of home improvement projects. He also has extensive knowledge of customer financing options to make any size project affordable.

Demetrick Vecchio
Title: Marketing Director
Hometown: Worcester, MA
Demetrick joined Northeast Home & Energy in 2016 after spending 5+ years in financing and 10+ years of web design. His job duties include maintaining the company’s website, creating & implementing advertising strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction. When Demetrick is not in the office, he enjoys spending time with his kids and watching the Celtics & Patriots.
Rachel Dwyer
Title: Customer Success Representative
Hometown: Cherry Valley, MA
Rachel is a recent addition to the Northeast Home and Energy team, as she joined in 2024. As our Customer Success Representative, Rachel assists with booking appointments, answering customer inquiries, and collaborating across teams to ensure that you receive a five star experience! When she is not in the office, you can find her hanging out with her three dogs: Akela, Nanuk, and Dahlia… or her three cats: Beef, Cleopatra, and Talulah. When she’s not with her animals, she’s likely exploring the forest with her partner, Mel. Together they enjoy kayaking, hiking, fishing, and anything else that brings them closer to nature.
